- No smoking of any kind
- No pets
- No parties/events – Quiet hours – 10pm – 8am (Cape Coral City Ordinance)
- No glass near pool, plastic cups located above coffee machine
- Pool safety reminders – No jumping/diving, no running, no children allowed without adult supervision.
- Clean up spills and crumbs as they attract critters
- Alert us immediately if anything breaks
- Please load all dishes into dishwasher and take all trash to outside cans when full
Important Home Info
- AC instructions – Temperature is automatic but to keep house cool please make sure all windows and doors remain closed. DO NOT lower temperature below 68 degrees as AC unit will freeze and stop working.
- TV/streaming instructions – All TV’s have streaming apps, please log out when leaving
- Pool heating info – Temperature is set to 85 degrees automatically
- Door lock instructions – Front door can be locked by pressing and holding the lock button and unlocked using the provided code in the AirBNB app.
- Bathroom AC door reminder – Poolside bathroom is air conditioned, please make sure door is fully closed at all times to keep the house cool.
- Garbage day / trash instructions – Trash pickup is Tuesday, if you are staying Monday night, please put outside bins by the street corner and return them after pickup on Tuesday.
- No smoking of any kind

- Start dishwasher
- Take trash out
- Double check for personal belongings and clean up board games/cards if used
- Lock doors and windows
- Place all used towels in wash machine – Leave unused towels in closet
- Please DO NOT remake beds (you may strip the sheets and pillow cases and leave in laundry room – not required)
- Check-out by 10am
